This illustration was done as the cover work for the 2005 Saint Paul Winter Carnival coronation program and the coronation invitations. The theme of the coronation was "Phantom of Coronation". The scepter is an illustrated version of King Boreas' scepter and the flakes were representative of the Winter Carnival.
